Mid Dakota Clinic/PrimeCare is one of the strongest healthcare brands in western North Dakota, but in today's very competitive healthcare market, Mid Dakota needed a smarter strategy to maintain and grow their position in the marketplace. Odney worked closely with Mid Dakota Clinic to take a proactive approach with their marketing budget to expand their market presence without increasing their investment.
Odney analyzed their collateral materials, Yellow Pages advertising and paid media placement for their effectiveness. The outcome produced a full-fledged strategic marketing plan that focused on four major mass media campaign per year and adding a second Yellow Pages book with prime back cover placement. Mid Dakota Clinic is now using its marketing budget more efficiently, increasing reach and frequency with the mass media campaigns and eliminating wasteful listings in the directories while spending the same amount of money. The analysis was able to identify the need and allocation of the budget to produce additional collateral materials and strategic development of creative services for the mass media campaigns.
